Tom has completed a Bachelor of Human Movement Science, Certificate IV in Personal Training, Registered Fitness Leader (Fitness Australia), Diploma in Sports Therapies and is a Level One Surf Instructor. He has been in the industry for over 12 years. Tom specialises in aerobic conditioning, massage, core stability, sport specific training, outdoor training and lifestyle change. He has a sporting background in surfing, soccer, tennis & surf life saving. Tom’s interests are in fitness, surfing, participating in all types of sports, socialising, reading and music. |
