Matt is
one of Australia's leading nutrition and fitness educators. He has given
over 500 media interviews on food and health-related topics, and appears
regularly on television. Matt's ability to distil complex scientific
developments into understandable and useable lifestyle strategies has
placed him in heavy demand as an international speaker in Australia, New
Zealand and the UK.
Matt holds a bachelor's degree in sport science and a
master's degree in nutrition and dietetics. As a qualified dietitian, he
lectures for numerous organisations, including: Australian
Fitness Network, Australian Institute of Fitness, Australian Council for
Health, Physical Education and Recreation, Centre for Health Promotion
and Research, Children's Institute of Sports Medicine
Matt was awarded 2000 Presenter of the Year for Excellence
in Fitness Education by the Australian Fitness Network and Author of the
Year in 2005. He has held positions on several national committees,
including:
Weight Management Code Council of
Australia, Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code Council, Food Regulation
Review Committee, National Health and Medical Research Council's
Overweight and Obesity Working Group.

Justin is a qualified
Nutritionist and Director of Vital Fit and through his 10 years of experience in
the health and fitness industry has developed a unique system integrating
fitness, nutrition and motivation that has helped 1000s of people overcome their
obstacles to improve their health, fitness and quality of life. Justin holds a
Bachelor of Health Science (Human Movement) and a Graduate Diploma in Clinical
Nutrition. He is a member of the Nutrition Society of Australia and Fitness
Australia. He has also been an expert contributor to media such as The Sydney
Morning Herald, The Australian, Woman’s Weekly and Channel 10. He is also a
regular columnist with the Manly Daily and is a guest lecturer with the
Australian Institute of Fitness. Justin has had an extensive athletic background
as a national level sprinter and international rugby player.
