Scott has completed a Bachelor of Business Finance & a Diploma in Fitness. He is a Certified Punch Pad Trainer and is a member of Fitness Australia. He has a sports training background of 10 years which includes adventure racing, mountain biking, triathlons, touch football and equestrian events. For the past 3 years he has specialised in fat loss and sports specific conditioning. Scott combines exercise, nutrition and motivation to help his clients achieve their goals and make a real difference to their overall lifestyle.Scott says: "Do you really want to make a difference? You need specific goals and a deadline. If you really want to lose that weight, you can do it. If you haven’t committed, then you don’t want to.
