Having long had a passion for health and
fitness Geoff made a career change and commenced in the fitness
industry after 20 years in
the finance industry including management and client relationship positions
for companies such as Macquarie Bank and UBS.
Geoff has completed a Certificate IV in Personal Training
and specializes in aerobic conditioning, core stability, running
programs and enjoys working outdoors with clients to achieve their
goals. Geoff's sporting background includes over 10
years involvement in competitive rugby union and cricket. Geoff
enjoys swimming, running and has completed several long distance
running events including the Canberra Marathon.
Andy
Derijk
Personal Trainer
Business Degree, Master Fitness Trainer,
MFA, JP.
Andy
has completed a business degree in Marketing, Certificate III, IV and
Master Trainer qualifications in fitness. He is also a PunchFit certified
boxing instructor and has experience in delivering fitness programs
including personal training, Boot Camps, fitness assessments and is also
a certified community coach. Also, Andy was awarded “Institute Champion”
from the Australian Institute of Fitness. Andy’s background includes surf
lifesaving, IRB rescue boat driver and the Martial arts of Tae Kwon Do.
These skills and experience combine with over 25 years of working in the
healthcare industry. Andy has a lifelong passion for fitness and provides
holistic personal training to ensure you get results. Andy specialises in
strength training, weight loss, outdoor training, fitness testing,
posture assessment, flexibility and tailor made programs in Personal

Mel
Hemsworth 
Personal Trainer

MFA.
Mel has completed her Certificate IV in Personal Training
and punch fit qualification. Her background is in body building and she
specializes in strength training, fat loss, core stability and endurance
running.
Mel is extremely passionate
about health and fitness and has achieved amazing results with her
clients.
Marc Goodall
Personal Trainer
Marc is a qualified
Personal Trainer with over 20 years of training experience,
starting triathlons from the age of 15. After school he joined the Defence
Force Academy in Canberra (with the army) and represented the army in triathlons.
Marc has now completed five Australian
Ironman Triathlons and is hoping to qualify for Hawaii Ironman.
Marc's enthusiasm for health and fitness is infectious and
he has converted many friends and work colleagues over the years and
encouraged them to get active. He has helped many people lose a significant
amount of weight
and it "gives me a real buzz to be part of something like that, I really
enjoy seeing the quality of a persons life improve through health and
fitness. When I train people I expect them to
work hard. You can still have fun..........but you are there to
work".
Tom Dilba
Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist
BHMVT, DipSpTherap
Tom has completed a Bachelor of Human Movement Science, Certificate IV in Personal Training, Registered Fitness Leader (Fitness Australia), Diploma in Sports Therapies and is a Level One Surf Instructor. He has been in the industry for over 12 years.
Tom specialises in aerobic conditioning, massage, core stability, sport specific training, outdoor training and lifestyle change. He has a sporting background in surfing, soccer, tennis & surf life saving. Tom’s interests are in fitness, surfing, participating in all types of sports, socialising, reading and music.
James Brodie 
Personal Trainer
BA Sports and Exercise Management, Certificate IV Personal Training, and Level 1 Coach - Olympic Power Lifting
James specialises in weight loss, sports specific conditioning, and program writing. James has worked in the past with numerous clients ranging from the elderly to the elite.
James has represented Australia in downhill mountain biking and possesses a disciplined and persistent training ethic. James brings this experience to his clients in a functional and creative way, adding something new every session.
James enjoys a wide range of sports, from rugby, golf, tennis, surfing and cycling.
