Get fit outdoors through our fun and challenging fitness programs that are flexible to suit a busy lifestyle and designed to get maximum results in minimum time. Sessions are held in Manly.

  SESSION DESCRIPTIONS
   
Boxing:         Fitness boxing combined with a variety of full body strength
                             & toning exercises and high interval cardio fitness.
Circuit:
         A full body strength / toning circuit using dumbells, fit balls,
                            bands etc combined with interval cardio fitness.
Running:      Interval running session with spikes of high intensity
                             fitness such as sprints, hills, stairs, strength etc.

WET WEATHER

Training is always on. We use the undercover area of the Queenscliff Surf Club. So there is no excuse for not turning up!!
