"Justin has made a large impact on my life, especially around my health and
fitness related goals. I sought Justin's support in helping me tackle my
dropping energy levels across the day. The goal we worked towards was to "have
as much energy at the end of the day as I do at the beginning". With Justin's
expertise around nutrition and fitness we created a program that allowed me to
explore dietary and fitness activities.
I embarked on my journey. It required attendance at weekly sessions to monitor
my progress and program. For the first time in a long time I was "checked in" to
my overall behavior around health. It was an amazing experience, unearthing
areas that were not supporting my general health and replacing them with new
routines".

I feel better, initially i felt
tired but now I feel energised, enjoyed the soup recipe, less bloating - I
substituted Soya milk for dairy. The diet made me concentrate on drinking
more water and have discovered White tea. I used to drink lots of 1/2 cups of
black tea with milk each day, now I drink white & green tea without milk.

"I am feeling loads better"
I have been on the
detox diet which has gone really well. I am feeling loads better and the only
thing my body has craved is a glass of red at night!! I actually think I may be
either gluten, wheat or dairy intollerant – so I will use this to see which one
it is. Hopefully it isn’t all three – however I wouldn’t mind too much – the
fresh guacamole and carrot sticks seem to suit me over cheese and crackers….
