All sessions are designed to allow for a wide range of fitness levels. All trainers have the relevant qualifications and have extensive experience in the industry. The sessions are tailored to your staff’s needs depending on numbers, fitness level, preference and facilities.

By the end of the program your staff will be fitter, healthier and have a greater sense of team cohesion.

Take the Challenge
During the twelve week program you have the option to incorporate a fitness challenge where your staff are put into teams and a points system based on attendance and performance is designed to increase motivation and staff attendance.
