Group Fitness

The Group Fitness programs are more than just about getting fit, they're about changing the way your staff think about their health and making real changes to their lifestyle.

5 or 10 Week Program
- 2 to 5 group sessions per week
- One-on-one fitness analysis / orientation (optional)
- Weekly tip sheets on cutting edge health topics.
- Newsletter & Progress Report 

Group Fitness

Yoga/Pilates

Take the Challenge
During the 5 or 10 week program you have the option to incorporate a fitness challenge where your staff are put into teams and a points system based on attendance and performance is designed to increase motivation and staff attendance. 

All sessions are designed to allow for a wide range of fitness levels. All trainers have the relevant qualifications and have extensive experience in the industry. The sessions are tailored to your company’s needs depending on numbers, fitness level, preference and facilities.

By the end of the program your staff will be fitter, healthier and have a greater sense of team cohesion.
